Pancho is a great subject for practicing on. His colours are few and I focus my attention on creating delicious textures with painterly strokes, rather than exact copying and colour matching.

The video is 3 hours long, filmed in real-time with narration and commentary throughout. I go at a slow pace, talking through what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. The focus for this video is to show you how best to work on this delicate surface, and how to really consider what you're doing with every pencil stroke.

It is suitable for anyone who's interested in learning how to use the drafting film and coloured pencils combo. Great to follow along, or just watch and learn.
